Refund Policy
Returns: Your order is eligible for a return or an exchange within 30 days of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund, exchange, or credit.
Return Conditions
For physical goods, you have 30 days to return it from the date you received it.
Shipping charges are not refundable, and Hicrochet does not cover any costs for the return.
To return an item, email service@hicrochet.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unacceptable Circumstances for Returns and Refunds:
a. Customized Products: We cannot exchange or refund any customized products under any circumstances unless the product has a manufacturer's defect.
b. Damaged or Altered Items: You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. Any returns received that do not meet these specifications will not receive a refund for the order.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
